People with open hearts, prepared by God to receive His Word, have just begun to listen to the Bible in audio. God made early contact through individuals burdened to reach a displaced people group. Over the generations, the script of their language changed, leaving almost everyone illiterate. But they want to know about God!
Multiple milestones are part of this story. The Scriptures were recorded. Audio Scripture Ministries was asked to do the processing so the recordings could be place in digital players. ASM then loaded players (Ambassador digital players), and shipped the players to the team. God miraculous allowed the shipment of 200 players into the country at minimal charge and just eight minutes before the trip deadline. Then there was the journey, which included several days in vehicles, two border crossings, and a two day trek into the mountai
ns, all to reach this group of people waiting to hear.
We really don't know where this story will end. We are grateful to God for allowing ASM to share in the partnership effort of giving another group of people His Word in audio. As more details about the impact become available, we will pass them along
