The Need:
Hausa is a language spoken by nearly 25 million in west Africa. Many of these speakers reside in the country of Niger. Niger is one of the poorest countries in the World and boasts and incredible low literacy rate of 20%. How can the people of Niger have access to God's precious Word if most of them cannot read?

In 2010 ASM facilitated the recording of the Hausa Old Testament.  This recording has now been assembled with the already recorded New Testament for the first complete audio Bible available to the Hausa people.  ASM is partnering with the EERN(Eglise Evangélique de la Républic du Niger) to bring this incredible tool to the people of Niger.  We plan to do our first distribution of 500 audio Bibles in the spring/summer of 2011.  We need your help in order to bring this life changing message to the people of Niger.  Please consider joining with us in meeting this need.  For every $50 you give, ASM can place an audio Bible in the hands of a Nigerien who needs to hear.
