During the last week in February I had the privilege of traveling to an island in the Philippines and attending a conference there with an indigenous mission body, something I had been looking forward to for a long time now. The goal of my trip was to meet the frontline workers and explore opportunities for partnership with them.
Recently we received a note from a missionary in the Philippines. He had cautiously asked for one or two TapeTalk players for use in a very remote and dangerous area. We gladly responded, and later offered him twenty more at no charge. The TapeTalk players were going directly into the hands of national evangelists and pastors. They were (and are) going where no missionaries can go. Here is part of his note:
